- Ensure proper alignment and fit of roofing materials
- Use hand and power tools
- Adhere to state and local building regulations
- Complete work orders on time and ensure timely and effective resolution
- Create records of materials used
- Fully understand local and federal regulations for safe roofing systems
- Communicate with other personnel to discuss project details
- Provide feedback to improve product reliability and performance
- Communicate technical information clearly and understandably
- Ensure client satisfaction through timely and effective issue resolution
- Follow safety rules on field visits and be aware of industry regulations to make sure everything is done the right way
- Valid roofing license or certification
- Own transportation and valid driver's license and willingness to travel to client sites
- Proven experience in commercial and residential roofing systems
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage time effectively
- Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical manuals
- Thorough knowledge of safety procedures and legal regulations and guidelines
- Excellent customer service and communication skills in English, both verbal and written
