Local construction company seeking Construction Manager for residential construction projects in multiple neighborhoods. Zachary, Prairieville, Springfield, Geismar, Covington, Addis, and Plaquemine areas.

• Works with home office to create weekly schedules for subcontractors.
• Communicates materials needed through purchase orders.
• Reduces waste materials as a priority.
• Has knowledge of building products, construction practices, and quality standards.
Working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Outlook
Must have knowledge of vertical and horizontal construction. Three years prior experience in construction management preferred. Please provide professional references.
