Position Overview: THIS IS A SEASONAL POSITION. As an Enrollment Agent for the Lifeline program, you will play a vital role in connecting eligible individuals and families to affordable communication services. Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and engage potential program participants to explain the benefits of the Lifeline Program.
• Assist eligible individuals and families in the application process, ensuring accurate and complete submissions.
• Conduct outreach activities to reach target communities, including community events, and phone campaigns.
• Maintain a deep understanding of program eligibility criteria and stay updated on program guidelines and changes.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless enrollment process.
• Collaborate with team members and program managers to achieve enrollment targets and campaign goals.
• Keep accurate records of all interactions and applications submitted.

Qualifications:

• Proven ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with diverse individuals and communities.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or enrollment is a plus.
• Familiarity with the Lifeline Program is advantageous but not required.
• Reliable transportation and the ability to travel within the assigned territory if necessary.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
