Why We Need You
As the Sales Director, you will spearhead sales growth by cultivating relationships with key decision-makers, understanding client needs, and presenting tailored solutions. Your expertise will drive new business development and ensure alignment across sales, marketing, and product teams.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to meet revenue targets and drive business growth.
Identify and prioritize target accounts, devising tailored sales strategies to penetrate new markets.
Foster enduring relationships with C-level executives and stakeholders.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and support for enterprise sales initiatives.
Utilize the expertise of sales engineers in pre-sales activities.
Deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations showcasing our solutions and value propositions.
Craft persuasive sales proposals and skillfully negotiate contracts to secure deals.
Stay abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to capitalize on growth opportunities.
Requirements
3 to 5 years of experience in Digital Experience Platforms (DXP), Content Management Systems (CMS), MarTech, or Enterprise Web Technology fields preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of quota-carrying software sales or technology sales required.
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in consultative/solution-selling environments.
Experience selling to enterprises and understanding enterprise sales processes.
Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
Familiarity with account analysis methodologies such as MEDDIC preferred.
Self-starter with a natural curiosity and high coachability.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
