    Job Summary: (Remote Position with Travel Requirement)

    As the Director of Sales, you will lead and oversee the development and implementation of the organization's sales strategies, policies, and objectives. Your role involves directing sales efforts, devising operational plans, and establishing processes to execute district-level sales strategies, drive revenue growth, and achieve financial goals.

    Education And/or Experience

    Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience), with at least 7 years of relevant experience.

    Proven track record of success in direct sales and sales management (Value-Added Reseller experience preferred).

    Strong business acumen, sales expertise, and financial understanding.

    Experience engaging with senior-level executives (VP level or higher).

    Deep understanding of the technology landscape, OEM solutions, and VAR channel programs.

    Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities

    Demonstrated proficiency in sales and sales management.

    Ability to forecast and drive quarterly/annual results effectively.

    Excellent recruitment skills and extensive relationships within the assigned market.

    Proficiency in KPI management.

    Aptitude for territory building and expanding existing accounts (cross-selling & upselling).

    Ability to comprehend complex business challenges and identify key issues in selling technology solutions.

    Self-starter with the capability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.

    Strong interpersonal, organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.

    Essential Duties And Responsibilities

    Establish and implement initiatives, processes, and tools to support sales operations.

    Set goals for departmental and group levels, utilizing data and technology for performance monitoring and enhancement.

    Analyze market and customer insights to propose new solutions or products in collaboration with internal stakeholders.

    Develop effective sales and support teams through recruitment, mentoring, and development programs.

    Participate in and negotiate strategic high-value sales.

    Manage departmental budget and devise strategies to meet strategic sales goals.

    Drive customer acquisition, retention, and growth through relationship building, prospecting, and networking strategies.

    Expand current business by offering a comprehensive range of products and services.

    Collaborate on local and national marketing initiatives.

    Identify client business issues and performance gaps, recommending appropriate training and development solutions.

    Achieve individual and team growth goals through effective collaboration.

    Meet all quota and activity levels.

    Demonstrate proficiency in various sales aspects, including market understanding, account development, consultative selling, and networking.

    Deliver compelling presentations and articulate ideas effectively, both verbally and in writing.

    Familiarity with Mainline's concepts, practices, and procedures.

    Perform other related duties as assigned.

    Environmental Factors And Physical Requirements

    Work primarily in a typical business office or home office environment.

    Utilize general office equipment and personal computer equipment.

    Ability to travel frequently via various means, including automobile and air travel.

    May be required to work irregular schedules, including nights, weekends, holidays, on-call, and/or overtime, as applicable.
