We are seeking to add a Administrative Assistant to our team! You will be responsible for accurate data entry, file maintenance, and record keeping.

Responsibilities:

• Order Entry and Order Management
• Bill Entry and Bill Management
• Answer inbound telephone calls and redirect to the appropriate person/people.
• Draft correspondences and other formal documents
• Plan and schedule appointments and events
• Greet and assist onsite guests
• Maintain digital filing systems
• Data Cleanup Tasks
• Other Office Tasks

Necessary Qualifications

• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent typing skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Focused ability to crush tasks.

Would Be Nice Qualification

• Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
