This role is integral in ensuring the effective execution of events and the ongoing support of marketing and promotional activities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Organize and schedule events.
- Coordinate with event partners and handle all related communications.
- Order, pick up, and transport products for events.
- Staff events, managing setup, product distribution, and breakdown.
- Maintain and sanitize the refrigerated van to uphold a professional appearance.
- Execute clerical duties, manage research projects, maintain the website, and monitor online orders.
- Complete additional tasks as delegated by the Executive Director.
Requirements:
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a strong passion for local food systems and agriculture.
