Responsibilities and Duties
· Identify sales opportunities through market research, networking, and sales solicitations
· Network within business and community organizations to develop contacts and target accounts
· Research product options and prepare engaging presentations/proposals specific to client needs, budget,
timeline, and brand standards
· Prepare orders and estimates, collaborating regularly with internal support staff to maintain efficient workflow
· Onboard and effectively manage new accounts, ideally developing long-term partnerships
· Represent the company in a wide variety of venues (tradeshows, community events, supplier meetings, and
sales presentations)
· Earn industry certifications, to include PPAI Product Safety Ambassador, TAS, CAS, and MAS
Skills and Qualifications:
· 3 years documented sales experience
· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience
· Track record of regularly meeting or outperforming sales goals and quarterly KPIs in an entrepreneurial and
deadline driven environment.
· Fully computer literate (Microsoft Office/Outlook/Excel/Word)
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Highly organized, intellectually curious, and professional in demeanor
· Promotional product and/or branded apparel industry experience is a plus, but not required
· Familiarity with Adobe Illustrator and a keen eye for good design is a plus, but not required

· $65,000 - $75,000 performance-based bonus, depending on experience
