Audacy Las Vegas is currently looking for a Part-Time Promotions Assistant and Graphic Designer. The main objectives of which are to promote a positive station image, remain engaging and maintain a positive attitude while in consumer-facing and co-worker interactions.

What You'll Do:

• Execute assigned on-site appearances (remotes), promotional activities and special projects; assist in all aspects of on-site appearances including vehicles and equipment (setup/breakdown), prizes/giveaways, signage.
• Assist promotions and sales staff with station promotional activity inside and outside the station.
• Facilitate, attend, and execute the appearance on-site set up and station visibility.
• Be in charge of executing on-location station/client activations and promotions to a degree that will increase audience interaction and engagement.
• Other marketing/ promotional department duties as assigned by the manager.
• Design point of sale material for client projects for diverse media including: print, digital, web, mobile, video, social, OTT, etc.
• Develop graphics for various departments for internal initiatives including company events, presentations and employee communications.
• Design, prepare and format print collateral materials as necessary.
• Think creatively and develop new design concepts, graphics and layouts.
• Develop graphics for illustrations, logos, websites, and video.
• Other duties and requirements as assigned by management.

• Position requires strong communication and organizational skills
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including holidays, weekends and evening hours, as necessary.
• Must be a self-starter, able to multitask, pay attention to detail and meet tight deadlines.
• Must have a positive/upbeat attitude when dealing with customers/listeners.
• A valid driver’s license, satisfactory completion of a motor vehicle record check, and, if the position requires use of the applicant's own vehicle, proof of insurance, is required.
• 3 years of relevant experience in graphic design
• Expert-level knowledge of Adobe Suite including: InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere, Media Encoder, and Macintosh computer systems.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively work under tight deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong visual design skills utilizing visual elements like color, pattern, image, illustration, typography, infographics, etc.
• Creative ability to translate complex business concepts while understanding different branding needs and adhering to brand guidelines.
• Video Production and filming content a major plus

Additional Information

Pay Transparency: The anticipated salary range for California based individuals expressing interest in this position is $12.00/Hr to $15.00/Hr. Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities and location of the applicant, as well as internal and external equity.
