Position Description:

As the Sales Director, you are responsible for spearheading all sales efforts to achieve divisional sales objectives. The ideal candidate will inspire and develop sales teams to utilize effective sales processes and techniques, driving revenue growth. If you fit this description, Apply Today!

This is a salaried, exempt position. This position will remain open until filled, with initial application review starting on June 3rd.

Essential Functions

• Create and execute marketing plans for retail and dealer channels
• Evaluate market conditions and resolve channel conflicts with a proactive approach
• Establish sales training standards, programs and meetings for retail and dealer channels
• Travel to meet with retail and dealer channels and attend trade shows
• Collaborate with Operations and Finance teams on annual pricing alignment

Required Experience:

• 5 years of sales experience with proven success of achieving sales goals
• Understanding of P&L, budgets and sales plans
• 2 years proven experience in developing sales planning and marketing strategies
• Valid drivers license

Preferred Experience:

• 7 years’ experience in management and sales experience
• Bachelors degree in business management or similar field
