Position Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and driven person to join our team as a Sales Administration Support associate! The ideal candidate will play a crucial support role by providing administrative assistance, marketing support, and logistics coordination. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the sales team in managing day-to-day administrative tasks such as order entry, data entry, customer service and support.
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide exceptional service to address their needs and concerns.
• Assist with the management of our demo gear inventory.
• Social Media posting, management, and content generation.
• Assist with the management of company communications such as newsletters and campaigns.
• Assist in organizing sales and training events, meetings, and demonstrations.
• Stay updated on product knowledge, pricing, and promotional activities to effectively support sales efforts.
• Perform other administrative tasks and special projects as assigned by the sales manager.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in administrative support roles, preferably in a sales or customer service environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM software.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong customer service orientation.
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Experience with social media marketing and management.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and deadlines.
• Prior experience in sales or knowledge of sales processes is a plus.
