The National Trainer must be a motivated individual who possesses strong closing and presentation skills.

Responsibilities:

• Support sales team, by providing ride alongs, as well as training classes.
• Develop and aggressively grow direct relationships through prospecting, cold calls (in person visits) and relationship development.
• Create and manage relationships (along side sales team) with automotive dealerships by demonstrating value within the Vehicle Service Contract and Ancillary Product arena.

Consult the Automotive Dealer on company programs including but not limited to training of sales, finance and service departments on vehicle service contract procedures.

Will act as a liaison between sales team and administrator, accordingly.

The National Training manager will work together with the National Sales Managers.

Must be Accountable:

• Requirements
• Strong direct selling skills, must be able to communicate effectively and handle "on the spot" objections.
• Must possess a high level of interpersonal skills to work effectively with others, automotive experience is a must. Strong organizational and planning skills · Ability to present to large groups and executive levels · Ability to work, coach, and motivate in a team environment.
