Additionally, School Superintendent typically reports to top management. May require a master's degree. The School Superintendent manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure. Deep knowledge of the managed sub-function and solid knowledge of the overall departmental function. To be a School Superintendent typically requires 5+ years of managerial experience. Qualifications For This Position Include- Manage and coordinate daily construction operations
- Run weekly safety meetings with all trades
- Take overall site management and team leadership
- Responsibility for supervising all on-site trades and personnel
- Communication of the ongoing evolution of the project, milestones, and reports
- Communication with Project Manager regarding construction activities
- Work with Project Engineer to ensure submittals and clarification answers are kept current
