We’re looking to hire a Digital Marketing Manager for a Fortune 500 financial services client. You’ll join the Marketing team to drive online sales growth and execute an innovative online expansion strategy. This contract goes until 3/21/25 extension (possible convert to perm. The role is located in Wilmington, DE, and is hybrid on-site 3 days/ week.

Digital Marketing Manager Responsibilities:

• Drive online traffic and customer acquisition through SEO, SEM, Affiliates, A/B testing, email campaigns, and other targeted online marketing strategies.
• Test and optimize landing pages and email blasts to improve conversion performance.
• Enhance customer experience online to drive conversion and retention.
• Collaborate with the technology department to address site UX and friction points.
• Conduct ongoing website testing to ensure effective evolution of site design, content, and functionality.
• Liaise with the creative team for visual input and content.
• Identify relevant metrics and direct data analysis.
• Interpret results and react with appropriate strategies.
• Perform competitive analysis to ensure a well-rounded understanding of the market.
• Coordinate with PR and creative departments on social media strategy to maximize brand engagement, customer acquisition, and sales.
• This role will also develop and execute our client's digital marketing and creative strategy for mid and low funnel (Acquisitions) tactics.
• The successful candidate will develop, plan, and execute compelling creative and testing strategies across our mid-funnel and lower funnel marketing ecosystem.

Digital Marketing Manager Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 6 years of marketing experience with a strong understanding of paid media, social, and acquisitions marketing.
• Innovative marketer with demonstrated leadership, strong communication, interpersonal skills, and creative problem-solving skills.
• Experience with developing 360 marketing campaigns, with a focus on measurable results and new account growth.
• Results-oriented self-starter, effective at prioritizing and managing multiple initiatives concurrently.
• Comfortable working with complex campaign results to develop insights.
• Strong relationship management skills, working in collaboration with cross-functional teams and external agencies.
• Confidence dealing with data, with the ability to draw meaningful insights.
• Ability to develop and bring new concepts to market to drive brand health metrics and new customer acquisitions.
