The Road Department Manager heads the Road Department; a profit center within OFP&S responsible for securing and executing fire suppression work in territories outside of Philadelphia. This position is integral to the success of the department and provides support to the sales and operations staff. This position reports to the King of Prussia office.

Duties and Responsibilities:
This position is responsible for administrative support for the Road Department. This role has oversight of daily front office administrative operations for this part of the business, monitoring and redirecting incoming inquiries to the department by phone, text and email.
The PA manages the flow and distribution of communications (oral and written), provide staff support for daily routine operations, as well as special programs, meetings, projects and events as needed.
