The Central Station Dispatcher will interact with the company's customers by addressing inquiries and resolving complaints.
The dispatcher is directly responsible for creating an effortless customer experience by phone or email for existing and potential customers.

There are two available shifts : 32 hours (Thursday to Sunday from 10pm to 6am) and 40 hours (Wednesday to Sunday from 10pm - 6am).
Essential Duties & Responsibilities :
Dispatchers receive incoming telephone calls from potential and existing clients, disseminate information for emergency personnel, and monitor security & fire systems (burglary, fire, and video)
Education / Qualification :
High school diploma or equivalent
Other Duties :
Adheres to the Code of Conduct, Confidentiality Agreement, and Company Safety Policy
Physical Requirements :
Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
