Security Guard - Unarmed jobs in the United States

Position Overview:

As an Unarmed Security Officer Level 2 at a residential property, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the safety and security of the community. You will be responsible for conducting foot patrols, and providing excellent customer service to residents and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular foot patrols of the residential property every 30 minutes.
• Respond promptly to any alarms or incidents.
• Ensure the safety and security of residents, guests, and their property.
• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting residents and visitors with inquiries and requests.
• Complete accurate and detailed incident reports when necessary.
• Enforce property rules and regulations in a fair and professional manner.
• Assist in emergency situations and coordinate with local law enforcement as needed.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Unarmed Security Officer License (Level 2).
• Prior security experience in a residential or similar setting is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to remain calm and composed in high-stress situations.
• Strong attention to detail and observational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic computer skills.
• Must be able to start as soon as possible.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour

• 10 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Holidays
• Monday to Friday
• Overnight shift
• Weekends as needed

Experience:

• Customer service: 2 years (Preferred)

Ability to Relocate:

• Dallas, TX 75207: Relocate before starting work (Required)
