In the role of Service Advisor/Writer, you would manage both our Service and Detailing operations, greet customers, recommend maintenance, and prepare repair orders with customer concerns. Responsibilities:

• Greet customers promptly
• Obtain customer and vehicle information
• Prepare complete and accurate estimate of costs for labor and parts
• Effective communication with customers, parts vendors, service technicians, and detailers
• Monitor progress of each vehicle, updating customers
• Verify that final invoice reconciles with work performed on the repair order
• Explain all completed work and charges to customers
• Maintain a professional appearance and ensure maximum customer satisfaction
• Answer incoming service calls and schedule service appointments as needed

Qualifications:

• Very good communications skills both in person and on the phone
• Positive attitude and able to work well within a team
• Ability to focus on following up with each customer
• Desire to learn
