Set Designer designs motion picture or television production sets, signs, props, or scenic effects. Prepares scale drawings for use in construction, modification, or alteration. Being a Set Designer may require an associate's degree or its equivalent and 2-4 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Additionally, Set Designer relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. POSITION DESCRIPTION
A Diesel Mechanic at SET Environmental is responsible for:
Performing preventive and corrective maintenance on trucks, tractor-trailers, and hydro-blasting equipment
Performing annual inspections in compliance with Company, State and Federal regulations
Scheduling, tracking, and updating maintenance records per DOT and Company requirements
Managing shop safety and cleanliness
Requesting replacement parts, supplies and tools
Performing building maintenance as needed
Performing miscellaneous tasks as needed/required
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
High School Diploma, or equivalent
3 years of related diesel maintenance work
Class B CDL or ability to obtain; Class A CDL preferred
Good driving record
Mechanically inclined
Ability to work with basic hand tools
Excellent organizational skills
Welding and electrical abilities
Candidate must be a self-starter who can work both independently and in a team environment
Basic computer skills (MS Office Suite, e-mail, etc.)
