Shipping and Receiving Clerk jobs in Massachusetts

Duties:

• Receive and inspect incoming packages and shipments
• Verify the accuracy of orders by comparing them to invoices or packing slips
• Unload and load packages onto delivery trucks or storage areas
• Operate pallet jack, and other equipment to move stock within the warehouse
• Pick and pack orders for shipment, ensuring items are correctly labeled and packaged
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Able to fill in on deliveries as needed (valid drivers license and pass RMV check required)

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a shipping and receiving role preferred
• Basic math skills for counting, sorting, and verifying inventory
• Ability to lift heavy packages, up to 50 pounds, as needed
• Proficient in operating pallet jack, and other warehouse equipment
• Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in order fulfillment and inventory management
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with team members and vendors
• Valid driver's license & good driving record
