Shipping and Receiving Supervisor jobs in Massachusetts

TH Electronics is an electronics repair company, supporting the industrial and medical industry for over 30 years. We are seeking a warehouse lead to oversee and handle the daily shipping and receiving responsibilities. Would prefer if individual was technically inclined.

Hours: 8:30am-5pm

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement warehouse processes
• Work with operations manager to improve existing processes
• Maintain all shipping and receiving operations at the loading dock
• Unloading trucks, safely and stacking incoming items as appropriate
• Count items to ensure that the correct number have been received
• Processing incoming shipments (un-pack, inspect content, log data, etc).
• Move incoming items to designated storage areas and perform storage activities
• Processing outbound shipments (picking, packing, and labeling)
• Organizing / managing inventory on shelves
• Performing cycle counts
• Performing various other warehouse responsibilities as assigned

Required Skills:

• Must have warehouse supervisor experience
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English fluently
• Must be a US citizen or Permanent Resident
• Comfortable with physical work
• Able to lift up to 30lbs. on a frequent basis
• Must be able to stand for the majority of the day
• Excellent attention to detail
• Team player with good communication skills, cooperate with co-workers
• Willingness to ask questions to ensure accuracy
• Desire to get the job done right the first time

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
