Shoe Repairer repairs damaged shoes. Requires a high school diploma or its equivalent. Being a Shoe Repairer may be required to complete an apprenticeship and/or formal training in area of specialty. May require 2-4 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Additionally, Shoe Repairer is familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Works under general supervision; typically reports to a supervisor or manager. Job Summary:
Shoe Coordinator - This is our entry level management position, which will allow you to learn our business, while giving you the skills to operate one of our stores. At least 6 months experience as a department manager in a retail store is required

We expect that the successful candidate will be offered a wage rate in the range of $16.46 to $18.00 per hour; the actual rate offered will be based on the candidate's skills, relevant experience, length of relevant experience, and on labor market conditions. We also offer a range of employee benefits, including medical, dental, life, and 401(k) plan, and PTO (paid time off) to eligible employees.
