Job Overview:

Baxter Cabinets is an established cabinetry retailer in the heart of Fort Mill, SC. We are seeking a part time Showroom Manager to oversee our showroom operations Tuesday- Thursday, 10am-5pm.

A successful candidate is responsible for managing the showroom, greeting customers and educating them about our products and processes. This individual should be self- motivated, enthusiastic and detail oriented. Interior design or similar background is preferred but not required.

Duties:

-Greet walk in clients including homeowners, builders, remodelers, etc.

-Guide customers through kitchen/bath product offerings

-Guide customers through our sales process including design, ordering, installation etc.

-Schedule appointments for Sales Team and maintain calendars

-Field all incoming phone calls and online inquiries
- Ensure proper inventory management of materials, supplies, samples, etc.
- Maintain a visually appealing and customer-friendly showroom environment

-Misc. administrative tasks

Qualifications:

Previous experience in retail management, preferably in a showroom setting

• Motivated, self starter
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to form strong relationships with customers
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Design background a plus, but not required
