Essential Duties (but not limited to):
· Handling filing, mail, and answering phones.
· Assisting with order processing
· Managing appointments and confirming schedules
· Welcoming customers and directing them to the appropriate salesperson
· Actively engaging with showroom visitors and seeking new clients
· Collaborating effectively within a team and capable of independent work
· Providing support to the sales staff as required
· Taking initiative to maintain product displays and ensure adequate supplies.
Requirements:
· Strong communication skills
· Highly organized with keen attention to detail
· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
· Willingness to learn and adapt; detailed training provided.
Monday – Friday; 8:30am – 5:00pm
