Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations and in a dynamic environment working with youth in 7-12th grade.
Duties:
· Implements and manages the career prep/vocational programming
· Boys2Men Advisor
· Inspects building for maintenance and repair needs and for safety hazards
· Performs preventive maintenance and repairs on all equipment
· Repairs and maintains sport and recreational equipment (game room)
· Conducts Vehicle maintenance
· Conducts Equipment maintenance
· Performs custodial duties, cleans floors, windows and furniture
· Oversees Respect Ticket Program
· Oversees Elk Bucks Program
· Manages areas of recognition such as community service, graduation, activities and staff/volunteers
· Conducts Security system maintenance
· Plans and implements daily recreational activities and ice breaker
· Maintenance of sports and gym equipment
· Maintains equipment and maintenance supply inventory
· Mentoring youth as assigned
· Program tasks as assigned
· Summer program management
· Daily oversight of floor activities
· Participates in all fundraisers
· Acts as Safety Officer
· Develops and Implements a Safety and Emergency Plan
· End of day closing and securing of the building
