Night Shift Brewing is looking for a talented, motivated hospitality professional to join our best-in-class Everett Taproom Management Team.
Working together with your fellow supervisors, you’ll ensure that Taproom operations run smoothly during opening hours and work behind the scenes to ensure that guests have a 5-star experience when visiting our space.

Duties include but are not limited to : Create welcoming, friendly environment for guests and staff at all times Manage guest issues appropriately, troubleshoot any operational issues as they arise Coach staff as needed during shift Successfully complete opening and closing duties Be a team player - jump behind the bar, help bus, check IDs whatever is needed at the moment! Partner with Events and Marketing teams to ensure successful execution of both private and public events, including set-up and breakdown of room(s) as needed Work with Taproom Management Team to ensure that payroll reporting, scheduling, and inventory is completed with the highest level of accuracy each week Identify areas for improvement, operationally and within team;
take proactive approach on initiating improvements as appropriate with management Monitor merchandise program within taproom and on e-commerce site Assist with hiring as needed Partner with Human Resources to manage all performance and other employee issues Other duties as assigned Education & Experience : High School Diploma or equivalent required TIPS and / or Serv-Safe Certified Crowd Manager Certified Brewery experience a plus! Minimum 1 years shift lead or supervisor experience in a hospitality environment required Minimum 3 years hospitality experience Knowledge & Skills : Familiarity with POS systems, especially Toast Passion for hospitality and creating fantastic guest experiences Passion for fostering a team environment Ability to use word processing and spreadsheet software Sharp attention to detail required Ability to multitask Positive attitude Physical Requirements : Lifting up to 55 pounds and moving up to 170 pounds Ability to stand for long periods of time Must be 21 Compensation : The Taproom Supervisor is a non-exempt position, earning up to $30 / hr depending on experience.
