As Slot Manager, you'll assist in managing the daily operations of the Slot Department, including providing exceptional guest service and ensuring that slot equipment is property maintained.
Additionally, you'll:
- Proactively seek opportunities to contunally improve all areas of slot operations.
- Help drive financial and operating results for the Slot Department.
- Hire, train, and coach slot personnel.
- Create slot reports and complete special projects.
- Supervise the installation and maintenance of slot equipment.
- Ensure department compliance with all Michigan Gaming Control Board rules and regulations, federal and state laws and regulations, and company and department policies and procedures.
- Perform additional responsibilties as assigned.

- Minimum two years of management experience in a casino slot department required.
- Must possess through understanding of slot and electronic equipment.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
