ePS is a quickly growing business with a 15-year history. To help us continue to grow our offerings, we are seeking a Software Sales Specialist experienced in SaaS-based B2B software solutions sales.

The Software Sales Specialist position is scheduled Monday through Friday, 8a – 5p EST. There is some opportunity for remote hours – however, this is generally an onsite position in our office in Auburn Hills, Michigan. Full-time employment includes an incredible benefits package, consisting of Medical/Dental, PTO, and Paid Holidays (The details will be provided when an offer is extended).

Job Responsibilities
· Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
· Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
· Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
· Reach out to customer leads through cold calling and established customers
· Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
· Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
· Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports
· Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
Skills/Abilities
· Ideal candidate will be highly energetic, self-motivated, positive, proactive, and able to perform in a results-driven environment
· Understanding of supply chain, eProcurement, eCommerce, content management, internet technology is desired
· Experience with Salesforce (CRM Software)
· Keen attention to detail and adherence to deadlines
· Demonstrates good decision-making, organizational, & customer service skills
· Able to provide constructive and timely feedback to peers, management, subordinates
· Ability to work in a flexible, fast-paced environment
Education/Training/Experience Requirements
· Minimum of 5 years with demonstrated success, selling software or similar solutions.
· Undergraduate degree in a related field, with experience in the software and technology industry preferred
· Proficiency in a formal sales processes and account/territory planning
· Strong communication skills including group web presentation and formal writing capabilities
· Proven work experience as a sales representative
· Familiarity with BRM and CRM ( SalesForce) practices along with ability to build productive business professional relationships
· Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
· Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
· Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
· Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
· Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
