The Business System Team under the System & Administration Bureau is looking for an Administrative Assistant 2 position to serve on the Quality Assurance Testing Team. This position will identify and investigate operational problems, recommend corrective action, provide advice to system enhancements and upgrades, test software against specification and regression testing to ensure baseline functionality remains stable, assist with developing difficult and/or complex improvements to the Motor Vehicle Division’s operating systems (ARTs, IFTA/IRP, CVIEW, IAPS, ERT/ELT). This position will monitor the inventory of records access; and create, modify, and terminate access for system users.
