GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Comply with all policies and procedures
2. Comply with all safety procedures and PPE requirements
3. Maintain a clean and orderly work area.
4. Work within a team environment 
5. Must follow direction of the immediate Supervisor.
6. Follow all quality guidelines & preventative maintenance

SPECIFIC DUTIES:

1. Set up machines using proper gauges and fixtures to ensure proper operation and quality
2. Monitor schedule and parts to ensure that correct work is being processed
3. Visually monitor machines, fixtures and gauges for proper function and quality; regulate torch
4. Notify supervisor immediately if work piece is non-compliant
5. Solder Bb clarinet, double reed, harmony, and other instrument keys & components
6. Maintain cleanliness of fixtures
7. Other duties as assigned

PRE-DETERMINED QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Regular attendance
2. Must be able to understand written and verbal instruction.
3. Above average dexterity
4. Strong interpersonal skills with an emphasis on working in a team environment

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

1. Must be able to lift 20 lbs unassisted
2. Must be able sit majority of shift.
3. Ability to bring objects into sharp focus visually; frequent reaching, grasping
4. Exposure to chemicals, fumes, and heat source
5. Ability to perform repetitive tasks
