Spa Manager Assistant - Casino assists the manager with spa and recreation activities. Manages the spa and recreation staff and support personnel. Being a Spa Manager Assistant - Casino coordinates classes, programs, and day-to-day operations of a spa and recreational facility. Creates and implements general and therapeutic spa and recreational activities for all age groups. Additionally, Spa Manager Assistant - Casino develops and maintains relationships with members and guests. May require a high school diploma or its equivalent. Typically reports to a manager. The Spa Manager Assistant - Casino supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/ production environments. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department. Has some authority for personnel actions. Thorough knowledge of department processes. - Computer proficiency; knowledge of retail/appointment booking computer systems is a plus
- A strong team player with the ability to work independently under minimal supervision
- Exceptional organizational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking
- Critical thinking skills, including customer conflict resolution
- Base Salary: Enjoy a base hourly rate ranging from $16-$18, tailored to reflect your experience and skills.
- Bonus: You'll have the opportunity to earn monthly performance bonuses, with the average bonus ranging from $300 to $400 per month, based on individual and team achievements.
- Commission: Benefit from our uncapped commission structure, providing substantial earning potential based on your sales performance. Our top performers typically earn an additional $1-$2 per hour in commission.
