Recoop Spa is a modern, chic environment offering a full range of services including massage, skin care, body treatments, waxing, and nail treatments. We prioritize using natural and organic ingredients whenever possible. We are seeking a customer service-oriented, licensed massage therapist or esthetician to lead our spa team.

Responsibilities include:

• Balance leadership responsibilities with the ability to practice your passion for spa services with your clients.
• Oversee the overall business operations of the Spa Store, ensuring the highest standard of customer service.
• Exercise independent judgment and discretion to ensure consistency of operational processes within the salon.
• Develop, train, and coach a team, ensuring that all members contribute to their own success and the company’s efforts.
• Manage and maintain facilities and housekeeping, including presentation, cleanliness, and usability of the equipment and facility.

Requirements include:

• Minimum of 3 years’ management experience in a Spa/Salon or Retail environment.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, manage, motivate, and communicate professionally with staff and peers at all levels.
• Must possess a Current Technical Industry License.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organization skills.
• Training and development experience, and previous growth responsibility.
• Ability to work a variety of shifts, including some nights and weekends as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
