We're seeking candidates with post-training experience in therapy, eligibility for licensure, and a background in working with traumatized children and / or adolescents.
This full-time position involves traveling an average of 8 hours weekly throughout Vermont to family’s home, with flexible scheduling.
Responsibilities include assisting youth and family overcome obstacles, coordination of treatment, discharge planning, case management, community integration, documentation, and active participation in weekly team meetings.
