Summary of Duties
Stagehands work closely with sound technicians, lighting technicians, and tour production crews to perform a wide variety of general labor and event production tasks. These events include, but are not limited to concerts, sporting events, trade shows, events, meetings, and hosted parties. Duties often vary based on the size and type of production.

Position Description
· Loading and unloading performance equipment
· Assembly and disassembly of stages, set pieces, and risers
· Assembly and disassembly of production equipment on stage
· Assisting the performance act and sound/lighting contractors as required
· Operation of follow spotlight under supervision of lighting director
· Setup and strike of sound, lighting, video, and facility equipment in accordance with performance act and tour requirements
· Performing a variety of backstage and front of house maintenance tasks. i.e Setting up tables and chairs as needed.
· Strike, stow, and load out equipment.
· Maintaining a pristine work environment for our entertainment provider and our guests

Education/Qualifications
· High school diploma or equivalent required
· At least 18 years of age
· Experience with carpentry, stage rigging, lighting, sound, or other technical aspects of live events preferred
