    Job Description

    As a Fraud Investigations Director you are responsible for a team of investigators that conducts and files 1,000s of financial investigations and Suspicious Activity Reports on a yearly basis. Those investigations can include securities fraud, account owner fraud, true name fraud, account takeovers and scams. Other responsibilities include assisting with process improvements and reporting; and working with business partners, peer firms, industry groups, regulators and law enforcement.

    The Fraud Investigations team is part of the Financial Intelligence Unit (FIU) and strives to protect Fidelity’s businesses, clients, customers, assets and reputation by providing effective and timely analytical and investigative services, enabling Fidelity to provide the optimal balance of risk management and customer experience.

    The Expertise You Have

    • Bachelor’s Degree (Required)
    • Advanced Degree, MBA, JD, or CPA (Preferred)
    • Series 7 (Preferred or Obtain within 6 months of hire)
    • Series 9/10 or Series 24 (Preferred or Obtain within 12 months of hire)
    • Experience conducting or managing fraud and financial investigations
    • Experience working in financial services industry
