Specialty and Metal Sprayer operates thermal spray. Prepares, masks, and applies metal spray coatings to rebuild parts. Being a Specialty and Metal Sprayer has basic coating skills, masking procedures, measuring skills and able to follow metal spray equipment operation guidelines. Requires a high school diploma or its equivalent. Additionally, Specialty and Metal Sprayer typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Specialty and Metal Sprayer may require 0-1 year of general work experience. Possesses a moderate understanding of general aspects of the job. Responsibilities:
- Deburring of metal and plastic parts/light assembly/manual tapping
- Use of hand tools, buffing wheels, etc.
- Help in shop running machines when available.
Compensation:
Starting $16-$19/hour plus overtime 1.5X hourly
*Relocation assistance negotiable*

Requirements
- Must have a general knowledge of metal shop safety
- Must be able to read and use a tape measure
- Ability to handle physical workload
- Previous manufacturing (preferably with metal) experience preferred
- Ability to comprehend blueprints at a basic level
- Experience with hand tools such as grinder, DA sander, inline sander, etc.
