Though we are more than happy and willing to train the right candidates, we are currently seeking a skilled Sprayer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience with airless paint spraying and possess great attention to detail.

Major Responsibilities

• Operate Spray equipment to apply various finishes to furniture
• Perform daily cleaning and maintenance of spray booth and equipment as trained
• Prepare and clean items and surfaces to be finished
• Move products from one process to the next
• Inspect parts and product
• Prepare and package product for shipment to the customer
• Perform light repair or touch up product as needed
• Load product on to truck

Minimum Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year spraying experience required
• Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions
• Ability to communicate effectively with others
• Ability to match a wide variety of stain colors to color boards
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently to achieve daily goals
• Ability to frequently move product that weighs between 5-25lbs from one process to the next
• Works well in a team environment and shows a willingness to learn new things

Day Shift - Monday through Friday; 6:30 am to 3:00 pm
