Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Speech Language Pathologist at Exceptional Speech Therapy. The Speech Language Pathologist will be responsible for conducting assessments, diagnosing communication disorders, creating individualized treatment plans, and providing speech therapy sessions to clients of diverse age groups. The role also involves collaborating with other healthcare professionals, documenting progress, and providing education and support to clients and their families.

Qualifications

• Speech Therapy skills, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment
• Expertise in speech, language, and communication disorders
• Specialization in Dysphagia (swallowing disorders)
• Ability to create and implement individualized treatment plans
• Strong understanding of language disorders
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate and caring nature
• Experience working with diverse age groups
• Knowledge of current research and evidence-based practices in speech-language pathology
• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• License and certification as a Speech Language Pathologist
