Company Description

Hearing and Speech Connection began in 2002 and provides audiology and hearing aid services, as well as speech and language therapy to both adults and children. With offices in Billings, Miles City, and Glendive, we are conveniently located to serve our southeastern Montana community.

Role Description

This is a full-time 80% on-site/20% off-site role for a Community Care Coordinator based in Miles City, MT. The Community Care Coordinator will be responsible for patient advocacy, community outreach, referral source relationship development, content creation and social media management, lead tracking, appointment setting, and record keeping. This position involves travel once per week to surrounding communities such as Baker, Jordan, Colstrip, Glendive, Forsyth, and Sidney, all within business hours and with travel time and mileage paid.

Schedule is Monday-Friday, 8 am to 5 pm with a one-hour lunch break. Very rarely (approximately 4-6 times per year) Saturday and/or Sunday work will be required for community events such as health fair booths.

Qualifications

• Professional appearance and presence - in-person or over the phone or via mail/email
• Ability to talk to and develop relationships with unfamiliar people
• Persistence and enthusiasm, someone who enjoys setting and achieving goals
• Must truly enjoy working with other people in a wide variety of situations and settings
• Ability to "roll with the punches" and deal with occasional setbacks without getting discouraged
• Ability to keep close track of details, statistics, appointments, and activities with a central computer system
• Experience with or willingness to learn about content creation and social media management
• Ability to work well under pressure and use slower times productively, as well as to work independently - someone who's a real "go getter"
• Strong problem solving skills and ability to think outside the box
• Dependability and available during work hours
• Valid Montana driver license, reliable/insured vehicle
• History of employment longevity
• High school diploma or equivalent

Compensation

Preference will be given to those with relevant work experience, but anyone who possesses the above qualifications is welcome to apply.

• $16 per hour base pay, depending on experience.
