Our agency is looking for a registered nurse (RN) to join our staff as an Admissions Nurse. An admission nurse is the first point of contact between a patient and an agency. You collect the patient's medical history and ensure that they have completed all necessary forms and insurance obligations. You also complete any additional preoperative paperwork. As an admissions nurse, you work as part of a team that includes nursing assistants, and administrative personnel. You will also educate and examine patients for potential issues before an aide is assigned.
