Job Description

PRI is seeking a full-time A&J Stock Clerk to provide services at Kirtland, AFB, NM. Personnel will perform a variety of activities including, but not limited to, the service functions listed below.

Perform duties found within statement of work pertaining to the Administrative and Janitorial / Bench Stock services found in PWS Section 1.

3.3 in accordance with Air Force Instructions and Technical Directives.

• Maintain Administrative and Janitorial / Bench Stock Store functions IAW this PWS and local policy (as per the Air Force) in accordance with PWS Section 1.3.3.1
• Ensure the A&J / Bench Stock is open and attended by Service Provider personnel every business day from 0700 to 1400 hours.
• Upload and maintain current A & J / Bench Stock customer Authorization Letters into the A&J system.
• Upon receipt of on-line, e-mail or in-person customer requests, compile orders and ensure delivery to the requesting customer no later than 48 duty hours.
• Upload and maintain current A & J / Bench Stock customer Authorization Letters into the A&J system.
• 100% quarterly inventory of A & J / Bench Stock. Notify the COR five business days prior to scheduled inventory.
• Provide the A&J / Bench Stock Account Name usage and dollar value report quarterly to Contract Manager.
• Identify items as candidates for bulk procurement for restocking the store shelves on a quarterly basis.
• Upon receipt of on-line, e-mail or in-person customer requests, compile orders and coordinate delivery to the requesting customer no later than 48 duty hours.
• Assist and perform inventories as directed.
• Compile report of quantity and type of material and equipment on hand.
• Receives, stores, and issues equipment, materials, supplies, merchandise, or tools, and compiles stock records of items in stockroom, warehouse or storage yard.
• Perform a variety of warehousing duties that require an understanding of the establishment's storage plan. Work involves most of the following :
• Storing, stacking, or palletizing materials in accordance with prescribed storage methods, rearranging and taking inventory of stored materials, examining stored materials and reporting deterioration and damage, removing material from storage and preparing it for shipment.
• May operate hand or power trucks in performing warehousing duties.
• Sorts, or weighs incoming articles to verify receipt of items on requisition or invoice, examines stock to verify conformance to specifications, stores articles in bins, on floor or on shelves, according to identifying information, such as style, size or type of material, fills orders or issues supplies from stock, prepares periodic, special or perpetual inventory of stock, and requisitions articles to fill incoming orders.

Requirements

• Employees shall be able to read, write, speak, and comprehend English, have a minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in email or verbally.
• Must be able to obtain and retain a secret security clearance.
• Must have current state driver’s licenses to operate materiel handling equipment and light duty car or truck as required.
• At least one year of experience in receiving and / or maintaining inventory for military or civilian retail / store / warehouse environment.
• At one year of experience in using computers as part of a military or civilian retail / store / warehouse environment
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to perform the physical requirements of the position including being on your feet most of the day and lifting requirements.
• Ability to be trained in the use of warehouse tools and manual material handling equipment.
