Develops new business prospects and maintains existing relationships to increase sales and services. Being a Stock Loan Manager assesses probability of future business when completing a stock loan for another firm. Requires a bachelor's degree in area of specialty. Additionally, Stock Loan Manager typically reports to a director. The Stock Loan Manager supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/production environments. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department. Has some authority for personnel actions. To be a Stock Loan Manager typically requires 3-5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. Position Summary
This position is within Acadia. Acadia is wholly owned by LSEG (London Stock Exchange Group) and is part of its Post Trade division.
This Manager of Client Engagement (Collateral Workflow) role is part of Acadia’s Client Engagement team! The focus of the role is to assist existing and newly signed clients with onboarding to our collateral workflow product along with managing day to day questions. The ideal candidate must be familiar with collateral systems and associated workflow.
The role is client facing and the individual will work as a project manager with our product implementation team to establish clients on the application. The individual should be comfortable discussing collateral processing with subject matter experts. The candidate will also assist with discussions & implementations of other Acadia products related to the collateral activity. Note this position does not have direct reports.
Role Responsibilities- Interact directly with clients to define requirements for the implementation of Acadia’s collateral management solution.
- Assist with implementation of Acadia products downstream from Collateral Manager
- Participate in resolution of production issues related to all aspects of Collateral Manager.
- 8 years of experience working with collateral systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Organized with an ability to prioritize effectively and meet established target dates
