Retirement Plan Solutions is seeking an experienced Retirement Plan Administrator with advanced knowledge of defined contribution plans and an understanding of the rules and regulations as set forth by ERISA. As a Retirement Plan Administrator you will have an assigned caseload for which you will be given the following duties:

• Preparing, interpreting, and delivering plan documents and amendments
• Performing required non-discrimination testing
• Reviewing payroll and employee data to assist in determining eligibility
• Calculating employer contributions
• Analyzing and reconciling plan assets and deposits
• Processing of participant distribution requests
• Preparing relevant tax forms, including Form 5500 and related Schedules
• Preparing employee notices and investment performance reports

The prime candidate will have the following qualifications:

• Proficiency in Microsoft products (Excel, Word)
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills
• Self-Motivated with a desire to learn
• Detail oriented with a positive attitude
• Strong communication skills

Preferred Experience:

• 5 years experience in retirement plan administration
• Bachelor' s degree or equivalent ecperience
• ASPPA Certifications a plus
• Experience with Datair compliance software

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
