The Senior Police Records Clerk/Records Clerk, is responsible for the handling of public requests for copies of various reports and permits and police records checks for individuals and governmental agencies pursuant to open records laws. Other duties include:
Must be 18 years of age at time of employment.
High School Diploma or equivalent
Must be a United States citizen or authorized alien worker.
Valid Driver’s License and credible driving record.
Credible work history.
No felony convictions or commission of or participation in any felony crime, whether detected or not.
No on-going or repetitious history of committing or participating in Misdemeanor crimes, whether detected or not.
Must have or be able to obtain Notary Public within six (6) months of hire.
Ability to perform essential job functions.
Six months to one year of experience in a related field preferred, but not required.
