This position assists the VP of Business Development and Marketing in carrying out planning activities for Integritus Healthcare and its affiliates. Researches, analyzes, and interprets technical market and financial data to support ongoing growth of Integritus Healthcare services and programs. Serves as a principal writer and team coordinator for business plans and grant proposals. Demonstrates expertise at developing complex and detailed business plans and financial pro formas that can serve as the basis of strategic recommendations to the Integritus Healthcare board of directors. This position is critical to the ongoing growth, expansion and development of business lines and services for Integritus Healthcare due to the organization's reliance on the findings and recommendations that are put forth from this team member.
Must have 5 - 7 years experience in, and knowledge of, post acute health care and/or long term care industries specific to analyzing, interpreting and recommending strategic direction for expansion, acquisition or development of new and existing business lines. Skills in written and verbal communication. Quantitative and analytical skills are critical, as is expertise in using personal computers.
