As a Room Stripper, you will be responsible for ensuring that hotel rooms are thoroughly cleaned and prepared for the next guests. This position requires excellent housekeeping management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: - Strip beds, remove used linens, and replace with clean linens - Clean and sanitize all surfaces in the room, including furniture, fixtures, and appliances - Vacuum carpets and mop floors to ensure cleanliness - Empty trash cans and replace liners - Restock amenities such as toiletries, towels, and other supplies - Report any maintenance issues or damages to the appropriate personnel - Follow all safety protocols and guidelines while performing duties - Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor when interacting with guests Qualifications: - Previous experience in housekeeping or custodial work preferred - Knowledge of floor care techniques and equipment is a plus - Familiarity with hospitality industry standards and practices - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively - Physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift - Excellent communication skills and a friendly attitude towards guests Please note that this is a paid position.
