Responsible for directing all functions including coordinating facility use, administering student services and activities, and ensuring proper safety and security measures. Being a Student Union Director supervises, hires, trains, and evaluates professional and student staff. Requires a bachelor's degree. Additionally, Student Union Director typically reports to top management. The Student Union Director typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. As the Project Director for the Executive Pastor of Campuses and Union College, you will have a multifaceted role that involves overseeing various aspects of project management and serving the Executive Pastor as needed. The Project Director possesses an above-average administrative skillset (planning, calendaring, budgeting, etc.), is incredibly detailed, a quick-thinker, and anticipates needs in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities. This role works in partnership with internal stakeholders of Union Church to ensure excellence at a high standard and that Union is equipped and prepared while managing all deliverables from inception to completion.

Union Church offers a generous compensation package. The salary for this position is commensurate with experience.
