Student Union Manager manages the operations of the Student Union in accordance with the university or college's policies and procedures. Responsible for managing all functions including coordinating facility use, administering student services and activities, and ensuring proper safety and security measures. Being a Student Union Manager supervises, hires, trains, and evaluates professional and student staff. Requires a bachelor's degree. The primary area of responsibility is to manage the Idaho Central Credit Union Network Team and all of the Idaho Central Credit Union network equipment, plus related equipment. This role leads and directs a team of people to perform high quality work, manage priorities, and develops people to potentially higher levels.
A qualified candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems or Math. Ability to communicate with Executive Management, Credit Union personnel and communicate effectively through customized reports. CCNP certification required. Experience in network architecture. Experience with Cisco Nexus equipment. Experience working with Cisco phone system a plus. 3 years of management/supervisor experience along with 10 years Network Admin Experience with Cisco equipment. 5 years of relevant IT work experience in virtual network environments and data center applications. Ability to always maintain confidentiality of Credit Union and member records.
Performance Standard:
Able to fix complex problems and determine appropriate priorities. High attention to detail on many concurrent projects and initiatives along with demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service. Must be able to work without supervision and demonstrate a cooperative and positive attitude toward members and other Credit Union staff. Must be willing to comply with the Bank Secrecy Act and USA Patriot Act as implemented by Idaho Central Credit Union.
