Stevens Food Group is looking for qualified Financial Analysts to support a large QRS National Restaurant Chain with 3 years of experience in financial and supply chain fields. Candidates for this role should possess knowledge of distributor purchasing strategy, pricing strategy, distribution method and billing & invoicing. A foundational understanding of accounting and food service pricing models is preferred. In addition, this candidate should exemplify a continuous improvement mindset with analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
Job Duties
· Collaborate with supply chain and business unit partners to align financial goals with overall business objectives.
· Assists all levels of supply chain team in analyzing and understanding actual results through the creation/utilization of ongoing reports and detailed analysis. Results of detailed analysis will assist in improved reporting for budget and actual spending.
· Responsible for compiling actual forecast and plan cost assessments for both external and internal clientele.
· Also responsible for coordinating any explanations of variances from plan or projection along with corrective action analysis.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure financial alignment with supply chain optimization efforts
· Develop new reporting based on cross-functional business/system needs.
· Present financial information and recommendations in a clear and concise manner.
· Contribute reports and analysis for established meeting cycles.
· Support financial analysis and reporting to facilitate the ongoing cost and simplification initiatives within the supply chain
· Uphold financial models to assess and improve supply chain efficiency.
· Assist in analysis of warehousing and 3PL network footprints, cost structures and related changes to delivery and interplant freight impacts

Role Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field. MBA or relevant professional certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) is preferred.
· 3 years proven experience in Finance and financial analysis
· Experience utilizing SQL, Tableau/Business Objects, Power Pivot/Power Query, and BOBJ or similar is required.
· Experience in integrating data from disparate sources to create cohesive and insightful reports.
· Experience with Food Service Distribution or Supply Chain is a plus.
· Strong business partnering skills, with the ability to communicate complex financial and data analysis clearly to non-financial stakeholders.
· Ability to travel up to 25% (Primarily within the state)
