The role reports to the Managing Directors Germany and is part of the German management team. S/He leads 3 teams, consisting of 45FTE: supply chain/logistics, customer service, and field service. As such, the role has end-to-end responsibility for all supply chain & logistics domains, including customer service, within a B2B2C context.
The role has a change focus. The key transformation challenges are people and processes related, namely:
1) after an acquisition, the structure of the organization changed and new people were brought in; focus is on bringing the team & organization to the next level. S/He needs to rebuild a winning and future-driven organization, by: strengthening dedicated teams; building broader teams & enlarging skills, with versatile responsibilities; securing & improving agility for future growth (invest in trainings & upskilling).
