Supply Chain Director jobs in Oklahoma

For a global market leader in food & beverages, we are looking for a Supply Chain & Customer Service Director Germany.

The role reports to the Managing Directors Germany and is part of the German management team. S/He leads 3 teams, consisting of 45FTE: supply chain/logistics, customer service, and field service. As such, the role has end-to-end responsibility for all supply chain & logistics domains, including customer service, within a B2B2C context.

The role has a change focus. The key transformation challenges are people and processes related, namely:

1) after an acquisition, the structure of the organization changed and new people were brought in; focus is on bringing the team & organization to the next level. S/He needs to rebuild a winning and future-driven organization, by: strengthening dedicated teams; building broader teams & enlarging skills, with versatile responsibilities; securing & improving agility for future growth (invest in trainings & upskilling).

2) in addition, the processes, systems & tools need to be optimized, in order to improve the efficiency as well as stronger collaboration with other departments like sales. S/He needs to focus on processes & systems, to get back to stability & transparency (on KPIs and major business drivers).

3) finally, the service level needs to be improved, in order to regain customer satisfaction.

For this role, we are looking for candidates, with:

• Master's degree, preferably either technical or business related;
• Solid track record in supply chain/logistics and/or customer service;
• Experience in B2B and/or B2C environments;
• Strong leadership skills;
• Ability to drive change;
• Strategic acumen, as well as drive for execution;
• Hands-on, dynamic personality.
